All our items are delivered in plastic free packaging. From paper envelopes to recycled cardboard boxes.
Delivery is £2.90 and takes 3-5 working days.
Items can be returned up to 28 days after purchase. A refund will be given within 5 days of the item being received. Returned items must reach us in their new, undamaged and unworn state. To return and item please email contact@calluna-upcycling.co.uk with your contact details and fault description then pop the item in the post.
No longer use or want your item? Please don’t throw it in a bin -take it to Charity or send it back to us to upcycle again!
