Delivery and Returns

All our items are delivered in plastic free packaging. From compostable postage bags to recycled cardboard boxes. Even our labels are compostable! learn more at noissue.co.uk

Delivery is £2.90 for individual items and £25 for bulk orders. Royal mail takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Local?  You may find we deliver ourselves so you could get your parcel even sooner.  This service is not guaranteed.  Collection is available on request.

Items can be returned up to 28 days after purchase. A refund will be given within 5 days of the item being received. Returned items must reach us in their new, undamaged and unworn state. To return and item please email contact@calluna-upcycling.co.uk with your contact details and fault description then pop the item in the post.

No longer use or want your item?  Please don’t throw it in a bin -take it to Charity or send it back to us to upcycle again!
